important that the products are adequately managed during a test process. Testware management tools support the
registration of the various versions of testware that are created in the test process and the possible relationships
between the testware. For instance, it can be derived which test result belongs to which version of the test scripts, or
which version of the test specification belongs to which version of the test basis. Furthermore, testware management
enforces a certain level of structure and uniformity.
